Meal Choices

Indicate your Meal choices (choose one for each meal) if you have paid for a full conference registration:
Friday lunch (both choices include a side of pasta salad, non-alcoholic beverages & dessert)
1. Grilled Vegetable Sandwich: Cut Portobello Mushrooms, Red & Green Peppers, Zucchini, Squash, Mozzarella & Pesto Aioli on multi-grain bread 
2. Virginia Smoked Ham Sandwich: sliced smoked ham, brie cheese, raspberry Aioli & Lettuce on a French Baguette 


Friday Banquet (all choices include Romaine salad, baby red potatoes, green beans, dessert, coffee / tea)
1. Prime Rib 10 oz. cut with Rosemary Sprig 
2. Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, artichokes & ricotta cheese with a Rosemary Citrus Confit Sauce
3. Pasta Primavera: pasta served with mixed vegetables and organic tomato sauce


Saturday lunch (both choices include a side of pasta salad, non-alcoholic beverages & dessert)
1. Grilled Reuben Sandwich: corned beef, sauerkraut & swiss cheese with Thousand Island dressing on Rye Bread
2. Turkey Breast Sandwich: sliced smoked turkey, cranberry mayonnaise, Roma tomato, aged cheddar cheese & lettuce on a Focaccia roll
