Ohio Additional Chapter Membership

This membership category is for those interested in purchasing additional membership in the Ohio Chapter.

Basic dues will include membership in one chapter of your choice. The additional chapter membership is in addition to the basic membership chapter.

Please choose the correct chapter category from the dropdown box to indicate whether you are living in the United States (Domestic), Mexico or Canada, or in other countries. The correct price will then be put in your shopping cart.

If you are renewing your membership, you will need to include your member number and any information that has changed since you last renewed to update our records. Your member number is found in the address label of any correspondence from PalAm. Place this information in the comments box on the checkout form. This information will be passed along to our staff with your invoice/sales slip.

If you are selecting a Family Membership, you must put both members names in the comments section. If a family renewal both member numbers are required in the comments section.
