Life membership in the National Society and one Chapter of your choice is for an individual or a family.

Whatever name appears in the chapter drop down box window is the name that will appear on your membership application. Make sure to choose a chapter from the dropdown box before you click add to cart.

If this is a Family Life membership, you must put both members names in the comments section before checkout.

If you wish to join additional chapters, you will need to continue shopping, select the additional chapter(s) and add them to your shopping cart.
